TLDR
PsPrint is one of our favorite business-card printers because it manages to combine good print quality, excellent pricing, useful paper choices, fast production, and unusually strong customer service.
It does not have the design polish of MOO or the absurd paper catalog of Jukebox Print. It also is not quite the absolute cheapest option in every quantity.
But after comparing the major online business-card printers, PsPrint remains one of the easiest companies for us to recommend to a normal business.

There are printers that beat PsPrint in individual categories.
Jukebox has crazier materials. MOO has prettier tools. Primoprint scores slightly higher for pure card quality in our comparison. Some budget vendors occasionally undercut PsPrint.
Yet PsPrint keeps showing up near the top because it has remarkably few serious weaknesses.
That matters.
Quality
We scored PsPrint 4.0 out of 5 for business-card quality.
The cards are firmly in the “good professional printing” category rather than the luxury stationery category.
PsPrint currently offers several stocks for standard business cards, including 16-point coated stock, 15-point velvet, matte options, recycled stock, and linen papers.
There are also uncoated options for cards you need to write on.
This is a more useful range than simply offering “matte or glossy” and calling it a day.
The 16-point stock is thick enough for an ordinary business card to feel substantial, while the velvet option gives buyers a softer finish without requiring a move into MOO pricing.
Linen is another nice option for professional services where a textured card fits the brand.
Think financial advisors, attorneys, wedding vendors, consultants, or anyone else who would prefer not to hand someone a business card that feels like a coupon.
Is PsPrint Premium?
Yes, within reason.
I would describe PsPrint as premium enough for almost any normal business, but not a boutique business-card specialist.
If you put a good PsPrint card next to the cheapest promotional cards from a mass-market printer, PsPrint has a strong chance of feeling better.
If you put it next to a beautifully executed Jukebox card on an unusual duplex stock, the difference becomes more obvious.
That is reflected in our scoring.
Jukebox earned a 5.0 for quality. PsPrint earned 4.0.
The benefit is that PsPrint is far less expensive than going all the way down the specialty-paper rabbit hole.
Price and Value
This is where PsPrint becomes particularly attractive.
We scored it 4.8 out of 5 for price, one of the highest scores in our entire business-card comparison.
Only Primoprint scored higher.
PsPrint regularly runs discounts and promotions, so the displayed price can change depending on when you order. I would not obsess over one advertised figure because the useful comparison is the final cost for your actual stock, quantity, coating, shipping speed, and specifications.
What matters is that PsPrint consistently lands in our high-value group.
You can get a card that looks and feels properly professional without paying the substantial premium associated with companies like MOO.
That makes PsPrint particularly useful for businesses ordering cards in real quantities.
Saving 20 cents on a card is not very exciting when you need 50 cards.
It starts becoming considerably more interesting when you need 1,000.
PsPrint vs Cheap Business Cards
There are cheaper printers.
GotPrint, for example, can be remarkably inexpensive depending on the configuration. Primoprint also deserves serious attention because it combines aggressive standard pricing with very good card quality.
But PsPrint has an advantage over chasing the absolute lowest quote: the entire package is strong.
Our price score is 4.8, but our customer-service score is also 5.0 and quality remains 4.0.
That combination is why PsPrint often beats companies that technically offer a cheaper starting price.
Cheap printing stops feeling cheap surprisingly fast after a bad order.
Design, Templates, and Customization
PsPrint is better here than the traditional trade-printer stereotype would suggest.
The company has hundreds of customizable business-card designs in its Design Gallery, along with tools for personalizing and ordering those designs online.
That earned PsPrint a 3.6 out of 5 in our templates and tools category.
It is respectable.
It is not VistaPrint.
VistaPrint is designed from the ground up for somebody to show up without a finished card and browse a huge ecosystem of business templates.
MOO also provides a more polished, design-led experience.
PsPrint sits in the middle.
You can absolutely design a card through the site, but I think PsPrint makes even more sense if you already have finished artwork.
Designers and businesses with PDFs, Illustrator files, or properly exported artwork can use PsPrint more like a commercial printer.
That tends to be a good thing.

We scored it 5.0 out of 5.
PsPrint has phone support, online help resources, a defined satisfaction guarantee, and a long public history of customer reviews.
The company’s current Shopper Approved profile shows an overall rating around 4.7 out of 5 across tens of thousands of reviews, which is a much more meaningful sample than a review site with three people arguing in a corner of the internet.
PsPrint’s own business-card pages also show a 4.7 rating for standard business cards, although many of the prominently displayed individual reviews are older.
That is worth pointing out rather than pretending every review widget automatically represents yesterday’s customers.
The broader signal, though, is favorable.
Customer comments frequently emphasize quality, pricing, speed, and support, which closely matches where PsPrint lands in our own comparison.
PsPrint’s published satisfaction policy instructs customers with a problem to contact customer service within seven days of receiving the order so the company can work toward a resolution.
No printer has a perfect record.
Printing involves cutting thousands of physical pieces of paper at high speed and then asking a shipping carrier to behave itself. There will be mistakes.
The more useful question is what happens after the mistake.

PsPrint feels like a commercial printer that learned how to sell online rather than an ecommerce template company that happens to own printing equipment.
I mean that mostly as a compliment.
The site gives you control over stock, format, size, finish, quantity, turnaround, and artwork.
If you know what you are ordering, it is fairly straightforward.
There are also templates, tutorials, sample kits, custom printing, mailing services, and design services for people who need more help.
The free sample kit is particularly sensible if you are planning a large order and cannot decide between stocks based on names like “velvet” and “linen.”
Paper is tactile. A webpage is not.
Where PsPrint’s Ordering Experience Could Be Better
The interface is not as elegant as MOO.
And it is not as beginner-centered as VistaPrint.
There is a bit more “commercial printing website” DNA visible throughout the experience.
For someone who knows what 16-point C2S means, that is fine.
For someone who just wants “the nice one,” the amount of terminology can create a little friction.
Still, I would much rather have real choices explained somewhat plainly than a beautiful interface concealing a very limited product.
Turnaround Time and Shipping
PsPrint scored 4.0 out of 5 for turnaround in our comparison.
Its current standard business-card page advertises printing turnaround as fast as one business day.
PsPrint also offers expedited production on a number of products, and some materials reference same-day or one-day super-rush printing availability.
That does not mean every configuration can leave the factory tomorrow.
Specialty products, unusual quantities, custom work, and shipping distance can all change the timeline.
This is another reason to price the actual job rather than relying solely on the headline turnaround.
Still, PsPrint is legitimately fast.
If speed were the only thing we cared about, PrintRunner, Elite Flyers, or Printiverse would be among the other companies I would compare.
But PsPrint gets reasonably close while retaining its excellent value proposition.
Use Cases / Best For
PsPrint is one of the easiest business-card printers to recommend when there is no strange requirement.
That sounds like faint praise.
It isn’t.
Most businesses do not need a transparent acrylic card with holographic foil and hand-painted edges.
They need a card that looks professional, represents the brand properly, arrives on time, and does not cost a fortune.

Choose VistaPrint if you are not a designer and want the easiest possible template-driven workflow.
Choose Primoprint if you already have artwork and want to push even harder on the combination of premium quality and low price.

The conclusion to our PsPrint review is straightforward.
PsPrint is not the flashiest business-card company.
That may be the point.
It offers good quality, very strong prices, useful stock choices, fast turnaround, and some of the better customer service in our comparison.
Those strengths produced an overall score of 4.07 out of 5, placing PsPrint right near the top of our multi-product business-card printers.
Elite Flyers narrowly edges it on a straight mathematical average in our current table, but PsPrint remains our safer general recommendation for most business-card buyers because its balance is so good.
There is no glaring sacrifice.
You do not have to accept mediocre cards to get a good price. You do not have to pay MOO pricing to get a professional result. And you do not have to choose a bare-bones budget shop to keep larger orders affordable.
