Buying print online is weirdly high-stakes for something made of paper and optimism. This page explains how PrintReviewer works, what we publish, and the policies that keep our reviews honest and useful.

What we do

PrintReviewer publishes independent reviews and comparisons of online print services—business cards, stickers, invitations, and related print products—so you can choose a vendor based on what actually arrives, not just marketing photos.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell rankings or “best of” placements.
  • We don’t accept payment to change an opinion.
  • Sponsored posts are always labeled as such.

How our reviews work

Our reviews are built around real buyer questions:

  • Quality: print sharpness, color, materials, finishing, packaging
  • Value: what you get for the real cart total (not just headline pricing)
  • Reliability: consistency, turnaround, shipping experience, and support

For the full process—including scoring and retesting triggers—see Review Methodology.

Independence, links, and money

Some sites make money by quietly steering you to whoever pays the most. That’s not the point here.

  • If we ever use affiliate/referral links, we disclose it clearly on the page.
  • Affiliate relationships (if/when used) do not determine rankings, ratings, or inclusion.
  • If we receive samples or special access for testing, we disclose that too.

See Editorial Policy for the formal version.

Corrections and updates

Printing changes. Materials change. Policies change. Sometimes we change our mind after retesting.

If we publish something inaccurate, we fix it. If a vendor materially changes their offering, we update our coverage when appropriate.

See Corrections & Updates to learn how we handle errors and revisions.

Privacy and data

We collect limited information to run the site (and to understand which articles are actually helpful). For details—including cookies and third-party services—see Privacy Policy.
